Notice of AGM

Dear Members

Please be advised the NSW Water Ski Federation will hold their Annual General Meeting 7pm Tuesday 30 September 2025.

This meeting will be held via Microsoft Teams. Please contact the office at admin@waterskinsw.com.au or call 02 8736 1273 to register to attend and be sent the link to the meeting. Subsequent documents will only be forwarded to those actually attending the meeting.

In this notice of the Annual General Meeting of the Federation to be held at 7pm Tuesday 30 September, please find a nomination form for Office Bearers and Directors of the Federation.

Only financial members who have attained the age of 18 years (and are financial) by the close of nominations are eligible to vote or nominate for a position on the Board.

Directors will be elected at the AGM. Proxy voting is permitted. Each member shall be entitled to appoint another member as his or her proxy by notice given to the Secretary no later than 48 hours before the time of the meeting.

Members nominating for a position of Director must be prepared to attend a workshop on the Role and Responsibilities of a director of a company.

Election of Office Bearers & Directors

Nominations are now being called for positions on the New South Wales Water Ski Federation Ltd., Board of Directors.

The position of Secretary and Treasurer is currently vacant.

Director Nomination Form - must be received no later than 5pm 30 August 2025.

Proxy Nomination Form - must be received no later than 5pm 28 September 2025.
