Minimbah Cottages is where the land meets the water, hidden away on the banks of the Coolongolook River 2 hours north of Newcastle and 30 minutes out of Foster on Mid North Coast. Our farm stay is on 120 acres of prime farm land, the farm house is 40 meters from the river, jetty and boat ramp.
Our farm house accommodation can sleep 10 people and there is ample room for caravans and tent stays.
Water conditions for wakeboarding, skiing and barefooting are second to none and you do not need to share the water way with hordes of other skiers or fishing boats. Some days you may ski all day and see only one or two other boats, and these will most likely be fishing tinnies.
Bring the family, friends or water-skiing buddies and just relax and enjoy the seclusion and pristine waters.
