NSW Ski Gardens – Wisemans Ferry

NSW Water Ski Federation is seeking an experienced individual or couple to manage the NSW Ski Gardens, a caravan park and camp ground at Wisemans Ferry. This role requires the successful applicant to live on site.

Located at Wisemans Ferry, the NSW Ski Gardens is a well-established recreational and sporting precinct catering to long-term tenants, short-term campers, visitors, and the waterskiing community. This role is ideal for a practical, community-minded manager who enjoys autonomy, responsibility, and living on site.

About the Role Reporting to the NSW Water Ski Federation, the Park Manager is responsible for the effective management, maintenance, and presentation of the park, ensuring a safe, compliant, and welcoming environment for all users. This is a fully operational position working across days, nights and weekends. You will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations and commercial outcomes.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day management of the park and facilities
  • Liaising with tenants, campers, contractors and stakeholders
  • Maintenance, grounds, and infrastructure
  • Coordinating contractors and service providers
  • Monitoring compliance with park rules, safety, and environmental requirements
  • Handling tenant enquiries and day-to-day issues
  • Administrative duties including reporting, record-keeping, and communication - must be proficient in use of technology
  • Manage budgets, occupancy, and cost controls to drive profitability.
  • Ensure cleanliness of amenities blocks, laundries, camp sites and rubbish removal to provide a hygienic environment for all.
  • Ensure compliance with all WHS, licensing and operational standards.

 About You
The successful applicant will demonstrate:

  • Experience in park, caravan park, facility, or property management (or similar)
  • Skills in maintenance, park repairs
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • A hands-on, practical approach
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
  • Understanding of WHS, compliance, and risk management

Salary & Benefits
Remuneration is estimated to start at $75k commensurate with experience and includes a competitive salary, super and an uncapped commission structure. On top of this, on-site accommodation is provided.
